We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel offers a wide range of services, from room service to laundry, ensuring that all our needs were taken care of. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the inter-city bus station and a rustic street with lots of character. The hotel also provided a shuttle service, making it convenient for us to explore the area without having to worry about driving up and down the hills. we were very impressed with the quality of service and the attention to detail.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great breakfast and shuttle service to town center offered. the staff is friendly and rooms are spacious enough for two. the outdoor seating area is a great place to relax. the location is perfect as it is away from the hustle of the city but still within walking distance to the main square.
The internet connection in the hotel was slow and unpredictable. Some days it worked and some days it didn't.

The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service, which helped us save money on transportation. , the housekeeping service was excellent, the room was always clean and tidy, and we had fresh towels every day. the hotel has a cozy atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and willing to help with anything we needed.
The hotel was located far from the city center, making it difficult to explore the area. we had to wait a long time for the shuttle to pick us up sometimes, which was frustrating.

I stayed at a hotel with excellent staff who offered help without me asking. The hotel was in a quiet location but had a free van available to take me around. The breakfast was great and the hotel offered transportation.

Located near the main bus station, this hotel is down Ouro Preto's famous hills. Rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding and carefully decorated. Service is phenomenal, staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast is diverse and tasty, and is served until late in the morning. the hotel also offers a chauffeur service that takes guests to the historical center of the town. guests can enjoy an afternoon tea, and the facility is well-maintained.
Internet access is not included and an extra charge.
